WMOS

Terms

Pilot terms

These terms cover the research preview of WMOS. If a signed pilot agreement exists between you and INCUE inc., that agreement prevails where the two differ.

The service

WMOS is a message router for agent workflows, offered as a private research preview. Features, limits and prices shown on this site are previews and may change. No payment is collected on this site, and a request for pilot access does not create a contract to provide the service.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping seat credentials secret, and for the actions taken by seats you register. Tell us promptly if a credential may have leaked so it can be rotated.

Acceptable use

Do not use the pilot to break the law, to attack or scan systems you do not own, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. Do not connect a seat to physical equipment, a production line, or any system where a wrong action can injure someone without an independent safety interlock and human supervision.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you send through the service. You grant us the limited right to store, transmit and process it to operate the pilot. We keep operational metadata as described in the privacy notice.

No warranty during the preview

The preview is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that a model's output is correct. You remain responsible for reviewing actions an agent takes before they affect people or money.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, INCUE inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from the preview. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the pilot in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free preview is zero.

Changes and termination

We may change or stop the preview, and you may stop using it at any time. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that affects an active pilot. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of Seoul have jurisdiction.
